The SF/9265 Class 4 & 7 ATL lift has been developed to meet the need to test longer wheelbase vehicles. With the increased lifting capacity of 5000kg, the SF/9265 is the complete solution for ATL testing. The Class 7 ATL lift incorporates a comprehensive range of safety features to ensure operator peace of mind.
The lift platform, cross members and columns are manufactured from top-grade materials to ensure longevity and performance without deflection and distortion – often the case with low-cost equipment from outside the EU. The lift is supplied, complete with flush-fitting radius turning plates and wheel play detectors.
The SF/9265 lift is supplied complete with integral hydraulically operated wheel play detectors. The system has been designed and is approved for use in Class 4 & 7 ATL MOT testing. The play detector system comprises two hydraulically operated wheel play detector plates installed into the lift platforms. The left-hand plate generates a turning movement as specified, and the right-hand plate a lateral movement. The hydraulic power pack is mounted on the lift motor post, and the play detectors are operated via a heavy-duty hand lamp.
The Quadra SF/9265 lift conforms to EN 1493 and CE requirements for lifting equipment. The Quadra SF/9265 Class 4 & 7 ATL lift requires a level floor of C30 or equivalent grade concrete of a minimum thickness of 160mm, excluding any screed or paving; a qualified person (structural engineer) should be consulted if in doubt.
