Class VII Brake Testers (Inc IV)

Tecalemit have been supplying vehicle brake testing products for over 60 years.  When brake testing became part of the MOT Test, Tecalemit worked with the Ministry Of Transport to develop the specifications.

Since then, Tecalemit brake testers have been installed into thousands of MOT Bays.  Our first range, the DE7100 series was hydraulically operated.  Later, our DE7200 series utilised an electromechanical operating platform, a mechanism that still continues today.

There are still a huge quantity of these units in daily use across the UK, performing reliably after 50 years of operation.

Todays DE9700 Series are manufactured to the same high quality standards.  Class IV Brake Testers are available in the following options

3-Phase Supply DE/9719 (Available in OPTL or ATL Format)

The Tecalemit Class VII brake tester is configured to test both Class IV and Class VII vehicles.  A Class I&II Motorcyle upgrade is also available.
