Lauren is one of the primary contact points for customers with queries about our products, orders, and deliveries. Additionally, she provides support for our field-based sales team. Lauren also has an impressive knack for quickly understanding our products and loves sharing her knowledge with customers.
She is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure she answers everyone’s queries and provides the best possible experience. Plus, her friendly and personable nature means that customers always leave conversations with her feeling heard and cared for.
