Introducing our new Head of Customer Support Operations

As we take a moment to celebrate International Women’s Day, we are pleased to announce Penny Rolls’ promotion as our new Head of Customer Support Operations. This new role will see Penny managing Plymouth’s Sales and Service office functions.

Penny has been part of the head office team at Tecalemit since 2014, starting as Sales & Marketing Office Manager before later becoming our Sales Operations Manager. She has always been very focused on the customers’ experience and is looking to make improvements that will benefit everyone.

At Tecalemit, we understand that the customer experience is paramount. That is why we have decided to take our head office customer support operations and combine them under a single management structure.

This innovative new structure will help to ensure that all our office-based administration and customer support functions – from product delivery to after-sales support – are optimised to deliver the best experience possible.

Our customers can rest assured that, from the moment they make an initial product or service enquiry, they will continue to receive our renowned high standard of service every time.
