Tecalemit is pleased to announce Neil Sinclair’s appointment as our new Head of Service Operations.
Neil has been with Tecalemit for eight years and was previously the Regional Service Manager in the southeast. As the new Head of Service Operations, Neil will oversee our field-based servicing and installations teams along with the technical support team in Plymouth. Neil has a background in mechanical handling and hydraulics, having worked in that field for over 25 years before joining Tecalemit.
Neil said, “Working for Tecalemit for eight years as an engineer and regional manager has given me the knowledge and scope to move into this role with the confidence to use that knowledge to great advantage. I look forward to building our strong team to deliver the best customer service to our customers.”
Outside work, Neil and his wife breed and show Hackney horses and ponies. Together, they compete in Carriage Driving events across the country. Carriage Driving is a sport where a horse, or horses, is driven in a harness pulling a wheeled carriage. A highlight of Neil’s was competing at the Royal Windsor Horse Show, an event the late Queen Elizabeth II attended each year.
Tecalemit is going through a period of expansion. Neil is just the latest in a series of appointments across the company. Talking about Neil’s announcement, James Devonport, Tecalemit’s Managing Director, said, “I am pleased Neil is now leading the Service team here at Tecalemit. I know he will use his experience to develop the company’s service offering. The team and I are looking forward to working with him.”
