The DE/9042 Maxi Decelerometer is a portable, heavy duty, battery-powered, in vehicle brake performance tester that measures average and maximum deceleration stopping distance, test speed and pedal force required to stop vehicles such as coaches, HGVs and others. The unit is able to record the brake performance quickly and efficiently and print out an accurate test report which complies with international standards. It can be used in garages, workshops, service and testing stations to test service and emergency brakes of passenger cars, light and heavy goods vehicles, buses, light and heavy rail and transit vehicles. The DE/9042 Maxi logs the data and downloads to the PC through the RS-232c interface. The unit then prints two test reports, one for the customer and one for the examiner.
