Application
Tecalemit have developed a range of 4t capacity lifts specifically for Class IV & VII (UK) MOT/ATL & OPTL testing. Each lift in the range meets dimensional requirements and technical specification set out by VOSA.
The Class IV ATL & OPTL lift incorporates a complete range of safety features to ensure operator peace of mind. The lift platforms, cross members and columns are manufactured from top grade materials to ensure longevity and performance without deflection and distortion - often the case with low cost equipment from outside the EC.
The Quadra SF 9254 Class IV ATL/OPTL lift conforms to EN 1493 and CE requirements for lifting equipment.
The SF 9254/NPD Lift is supplied fully prepared to recieve play detectors into the lift platforms, allowing the operator to upgrade at a later date from MOT to ATL testing.
Installation & Application
The Quadra SF 9254 Class IV ATL lift requires a level floor to +/- 8mm of C30 or equivalent grade concrete of a minimum thickness of 160mm excluding any screed or paving. If in doubt a qualified person (structual engineer) should be consulted.
For lifts requiring a 3Ph power supply a fused circuit protection must be installed. A neutral conductor should also be provided.
